well firstly not all guys are into computer gaming..
I'm actually not that excited about computer gaming that much, but its an activity that your boyfriend enjoys...its more of a hobby to him..and i feel that if you want things to work then make it work!, By making time for you as well as for his gaming addiction..its definitely not something you ll be able to get him off of..but theres always a solution

Coming from a woman who has been married to a man for 4 yrs that plays video games 6-8 hrs a day during a work week and 14 or more hrs a day on weekends, let me start by saying "Good Luck". It is a challenge but if that is what he is into you need to learn to respect it. If you try to change him you'll lose him. Just think of the time he spends on the computer is more time for yourself. If you plan time outside of the house for the two of you to spend together, he'll be away from it and want to spend more time with you. If it gets that out-of-control sit with him and try to learn about the game and why it is so important to him. From my own experience the more time you spend criticizing him, the more he is going to want to spend on the computer. Learn all you can about him and get him to learn everything you can about you.

that's because of the fact they're relaxing to play, that's unquestionably all there is to it. I play video games for his or her tale, on an identical time as yet another person might desire to relish enjoying multiplayer with some friends on a pastime like call of duty. there is a few thing for exceptionally plenty everybody. curiously something as much as 50% of the gamers on Xbox stay are lady, so there are greater women who play video games than human beings might desire to think of. There are video games like Skyrim, Mass consequence and Fallout that enable human beings play as a girl considerable character, so builders have in all probability realised that human beings prefer to play as some thing different than a bald area marine, which became in all probability putting some women off in the previous. :)

because it's fun... :) my bf is also a gamer but he kinda "mellowed" down when we got together... i'm actually a moderate gamer myself... it's just interesting though, like you said, it can be a little straining at times... we compromise as a result so that we don't end up further apart... just talk to him about it and compromise ;)

maybe a ultimatum. and be firm and stick to your guns. if he knows you are bluffing he won't believe you. you have to be consistent and committed just like you do to a child when he does something wrong.
