Sure as heck hope not! Used to hear a lot about Blue Laws that some states still had on their books that had restrictions on what could be done on Sunday. The 7th Day Adventists have long prophesied about the coming establishment of a National Sunday Law, which will be something like the Mark of the Beast, that people who refuse to keep Sunday holy will be persecuted and killed. They believe this will occur shortly before the Second Coming. I used to be an Adventist long ago, so that is where I learned this.

It'll never fly at the national level. Too many people, not just Jews, consider Saturday the holy day of the week, and of course you have those that don't consider any of them special except for Payday.

Now, at more local levels, you already have laws in many places that forbid the sale of alcohol on Sunday.
