Yeah. It happens all of the time. That good friendship is great foundation on building something more. On the contrary, some girls feel as if once they get to know someone so deeply, and connect on a friendly/goofy way, it's impossible to be serious about them without feeling awkward. I've experience both occasions.

I think so just both be uncomfortable honest and if it works out years to come you can laugh at the awkwardness of it all.

yeah, i think it would since you guys know each other so much, and you won't be afraid of that person being a jerk. the break up seems to cause a big hole in your relationship and it'll be really confusing and awkward. or you guys will just never talk to each other again.
