I have read your various questions.
You are already postgraduate in Commerce.
In my opinion you need not go to IIT for engineering courses.
You should
# try for a job
# meanwhile you should try to increase your abilities preferably taking up course in continuation of commerce or business management. Start some course by distance learning. You may try MBA from IGNOU. It will be purposeful - not so costly - flexible. It will be by distance learning and will not hamper your job.
# Improve your english fluency.
For that
# study regularly. May take up Rapidex English Speaking Course.
# take assistance from some institute ar Chennai who provide english fluency course at less cost.

Rukmini if you are a regular reader of newspapers for at least the last one year and have done your basic schooling anywhere in India you will know what is an IIT. Go and ask your school teacher she will able to help you.

IITcourse is basically for graduation in Engineering and is considered the most standard one in India and abroad.It is available at Delhi,Kanpur,Kharagpur,Guwahati,Roorkee,Chennai and Mumbai.
