Proteins generally become insoluble once denatured. This is basically because they coagulate and form globular structures. Think of eggs or even milk, once you boil them they're no longer soluble. Is this homework?

Denaturation means the actual structure of the protein will be disturbed due to some kind of processing such as heating, mechanical process etc. Whare as the solubility of protein is how far the protein dissolves in a solvent.
