The absolute answer is a definite YES.

But since you ask this question it is quite unlikely that you'd be able to do it yourself within the next decade so I recommend you get a program to scan your system.

You should'nt even be online without some kind of anti-virus software! You can even get a free one on www.download.com. You can remove a trojan yourself, but you'd have to know what you were doing. You'd have to go into the registry and delete the files. And since you asked the question, I'm sure you don't know how. I don't. Most people don't. Going online without an anti-virus program is just asking for it. Sooner or later you'll get hit. And now they can do alot of damage to your computer.

well i had one on my computer.. this is what u do.. update ur virus definitions.. then u need diable the system restore.. on desktop right click on my computer the diable there.. then do U a full system virust scan which normally take about 25mins( depending how stuffs u got on ur pc) once that finds it make sure u delete it rather than quanatine.. then restart the pc and do the same process to turn the system restore back on again.. if that doesn't work then.. the best thing to do is but and external hard drive.. get one from dixone open the box carefully transfer all ur files then reboot the PC then transfer back the files back to ur pc.. and get a refund from dixon saying you bough the wrong one... this is exactly what I done!!
