There's a shuttle-bus directly to Strasbourg, but the service is not running very frequently:

Alternatively you can go via Karlsruhe main station and taking a train to Strasbourg:

train will be your best bet. print out a schedule of the route and wear a watch. the schedule will tell you when you have to change rails, at exactly what time, and what gate -- you often go down stairways beneath the tracks to make your next connection.
