MORE

We are ego-controlled people always looking for MORE but the truth to inner joy and peace is that we already have everything we need.

There are three main stages to finding inner peace and joy and I list them below.

1. Stop living in an past / future oriented despair. The past does not exist and the future is just imaginary. Come completely into the here and now and you will realise there are no problems, they are all mind created.

2. Accept the impermanent nature of the world - That way you will enjoy situation, people, 'things' as they come and go………while they last. There will be no clinging, no possesion, no 'neediness'. Ultimately you will be free.

3. Accept each moment as it happens. You lose your job. Accept this as what the moment requires. Complete acceptance will bring freedom. Accept then change.

a fine house a couple of fine cars, a loving family, job to support all that. Some cash in the Bank to fall back on.
3 days of Work - only 4 hours a day.
The rest of the day we play sports, do yoga or just chat with friends at the local sports bar.
1 whole day sports & barbecue with friends.
2 days with family at the beach or in the mountains

My children graduate from college and they do better than me.

What else can you ask for. Huh?

I asked my kids this, my eldest longs for a safer world so she can go out more often without my worrying where she is. My youngest just longs for
her daddy to stay of work so they can go a bike cycle. Bless.
Me I would like pure blissful happiness, health and wealth.

Sex. We are like the bonobo monkeys we want it all the time. Yet we deny ourselves because we think it makes us more better than the animals when in fact it just makes us mental!
