No. Try the subtle approach via mail to their fan club address. If you did it via email, it's sort of stalking.

I honestly don't think a TV Star would give out their e-mail address for everyone to write them; can you imagine the volume of their messages daily?? I usually get 50-100 spam messages a day and it's really annoying; imagine receiving thousandths of messages from people you don't even know. Plus there's always the obsessed fan who writes one line per e-mail and sends out like 100 copies. So unless you write to fan club or something, I don't think you'll have much luck there.
