yes u can download and install ewido if u would like..it will not conflict with anything u have now...and honestly..u do not have too much....as long as u have 1 firewall and 1 antivirus..u should be pretty good...u can use 2 3 or even 4 spyware malware scanners.....this is what i use
bitdefender v10 internet security..it has firewall ..antivirus.spyware scanner...( paid )

If you have anti spyware like spybot and a firewall, you should be okay.
