Go to a health food/vitamin stores. They have powders etc. that you can mix with milk to help you bulk up.
Either that or I can give you the 15 pounds I am trying to LOOSE. :-)

If you have a healthy diet, it's okay to have the "bad" stuff once in a while in very small portions. Split an order of fries with a friend or 2 and instead of getting a double cheeseburger, get a single with extra lettuce, tomato, pickles, etc. Oh and don't get a soda.. get a bottle of water instead. Small things like that can make a big difference.

Yes there is an option available in YOGA....
Through YOGA one can reduce weight in the same manner as one can gain weight.
But this system has to be learned from a person who have a good knowledge in YOGA and is an authority in YOGA....

I got fat eating peanut butter on bread as a youngster then going
to bed on it. In my adult years I got bigger going to "all u can eat"
buffets.
Oh yea,the correct spelling is "weight". "Wait" means that you
are hanging around for someone or something to arrive to you.
