I personally wouldn't mind any of the three destinations.

I've been to Mauritius and my sister has been to the Maldives and her experience in terms of water sports were better. Mauritius is quite small and you need to make sure about what time of year you go as the weather can be miserable at times. Mauritius is beautiful though.

They are all great countries. I dont think it would be hard for you to get a visa though. All have crystal clear water, great nature. I think you can also visited an isolated island in these countries.

Go to the Seychelles! Well worth it.

Having been to all three, I would recommend The Seychelles.
It is a little more modern than the others but the prices are a little higher as well.
Depends on what you want to do, as well.
