it was i think in 1997 when srilanka toured india. we were playing a 3-match one day series.the second onedayer was to be played at INDORE but due to dangerous pitch the match was called off. they later played an unofficial 25-over game which turned out to be a nail-biter and was eventually won by the srilankans
