In the world I see - you are stalking elk through the damp canyon forests around the ruins of Rockefeller Center. You'll wear leather clothes that will last you the rest of your life. You'll climb the wrist-thick kudzu vines that wrap the Sears Tower. And when you look down, you'll see tiny figures pounding corn, laying strips of venison on the empty car pool lane of some abandoned superhighway. (tyler Durden, Fight Club)

It would be a forced reality. We would have to visit a 12 Monkeys situation.

People mostly like their fast cars and microwave popcorn. The simple life we leave to the Amish. Sadly some ideas come from the absolution of history. In years to come people will call our ways old fashioned and want to go back to them. There may seem like there isn't enough room for nature, but really it's just evolved to support one species in particular over all others.

I don't believe it would ever get that far. There is always a weak link, someone to rat everyone else out. The smaller things are easy to do, no doubt, but bringing everyone back to zero, in such an explosive way, never, someone would crack and let the plan slip.
