The plant gets a lot of sun has very good foliage and fertilized well. I live in a tropical country with daytime temperature of 30 deg centigrade to a maximum of 35 degrees.

Not familiar with "Lady of the night" plant but sounds like a night blooming Serous.(sp) I would say to cut back on the fertilizer some and when you do feed use a fertilizer with lower nitrogen content. Like a tomato fertilizer. Nitrogen promotes foliage growth but night flower or fruit production. Might also try and relocate her to a cooler spot for evenings and nights if possible. Certain plants need some cooler conditions at night in order to bloom well. Sorry, I don't know how warm 30 deg.C. is. I'm on F scale here.

Throw the lazy, good for nothing plant out and replace it with something that is going to pull its weight, flowering-wise.

You must have it sitting on a "one-night stand".
Consider another container... it might be root-bound.
