Yes, try W S Browns of Hatfield who specialise in rat pelt slipper linings.
If you want your rats feet turned into lucky charms or ear rings you might try Rat Gifts of Bromsgrove.

Both numbers are in the telephone directory.

It they are large enough or your feet are small enough, you can make slippers from the entire pelt.
They need to be cured as leather. A taxidermist may be able to do it. Shrinkage will have to be considered and prevented. A wooden last is used in mfg. Maybe a shoe stretcher, the correct size, can be used.

These were some of the first "shoes" made by the Bulgarians, long before all of us were thought of.

of course it is possible, just as the pelt of any animal can be used. You would need to remove the skin carefully, stretch them out fur side down on a boar and staple to the board to hold it taut. Then carefully with a sharp blade, scrape off as much flesh and fat as you can and leave to dry for 24 hours. Then wash gently in a tub of cool water and detergent and rinse well, then rub salt into the skin and reattach to the board to finish drying. I imagine if your feet are similar in size to your IQ, you won't need many skins to line your slippers with.

I guess so, but why in the hell would you want to do that??

Rats have corse fur anyway, its not soft and fluffy like bunnies, probably not comfortable for slippers, or anything for that matter.

Probably much cheaper to buy fur linings elsewhere than to get them made.

Oh that's gross! Yes, I'm sure you can... unless they die of some creepy skin disease, then maybe you don't want to.
