I am 30.
I detest breast implants. I've been to bed with a girl who has implants and I know that small natural ones are better than any fake ones. I would never choose to go out with a girl with implants.
What's more I've never known any man who actually prefers breast implants. Not even one.

It really does not make any diff so long as it appears good and feels good.
But for he healh of the lady natural is better unless it is too big and leads to pain in spine and breast.If u hav small breast there is no need of increasing the size. So in nutshell, it should be avoided.
As for my age, Vitality is 19 years and maturity is 42 years

An average set of natural is better to me than a superior set of unnatural. However, if they look like a couple of sweat socks with a tennis ball in them, I think I'd have to prefer the fakeroos. I'm 40.

I am 35 years old, I do prefer natural but if they have started drooping have surgery I had it last year and I’m happy with the results.
