today is meant to be my lucky day i was due to be born on friday the 13th of october 1984, but this has been a completely rubbish day, just like all the other. how about yours? xx

I got up this morning got in the shower and the handle came off in my hand. I was getting dressed as I tightened my tie, it broke. I picked up my briefcase and the handle came off. I turned the doorknob and it fell apart.
I'm afraid to go to the bathroom.

hey, join the club. I was born the same year, but only in April. So the exact date 13/04/1984. The saying is that 13 - the Friday happens more frequently then the other days. I don't think it's bad luck or anything like that. Think of it from the positive side, if you want your day to be good - it will be.
All my life I am always being followed by number 13th & 7th, but I think i am lucky because of it.
Actually, one lady told me, that those who were born on 13th are blessed and protected by bad things that happen on 13th, Friday. So that's why your day was normal, like any other!!

Well yes I do have and unfortunate occurance that happened on this friday the 13th already. However it is just a coincidence, I do not believe in Friday the 13th. However this will make some laugh. It frosted where I live in the mountains, and I went out to warm up my car, when I got out to leave it running, the car doors locked, I have no spare key, so I had to call the police to come and unlock my car for me. But the good thing about it, while I waited on the police to arrive, my car finally defrosted when they pulled up so there ya go, entertainment while we waited for the car to warm up.

actually i must be the living antidote against Friday the 13th...my days this week are beautiful and today unlike most i got up actually on time,lol...have had many beneficial and productive phone calls(for a change) and have had to do a mass of baking with no weighing scales and minimal ingredients and all my cakes and cookies are insanely perfect...so im a happy bunny...hope your luck improves ;0)

On Fri 13th Jan back in the late 70's my mums brother went fishing with a friend on a calm summer day. A storm blew up and neither he, his friend or their boat were ever seen again.

My Gran died on Friday 13th , her husband was buried on a Fri 13th. My dog died Fri 13th about two years ago, on the same day I tripped and broke my leg.
But that's not all..........
Our DVD player caught fire during the movie Friday 13th. Luckily we managed to extinguish it, but the disc itself was ruined and we had to pay a small fortune to Global Video.
