You should definetly go see an OBGYN.

You could have a yeast infection or just flat out a more serious infection that needs more . For yeast they now have a pill that you take only once and the infection is gone in about five days. But, you should see an ob, because as I said, there are many many infections you could have. The discharge nor the odor is okay, there is something wrong here and sounds like you need some antibiotics to treat it. Remember though, if given antibiotics of any kind for any reason, nine times out of ten, if you haven't got a yeast infection, the medicine will cause you to get one, that's just a fact, so along with the antibiotics you'll need to ask for the yeast infection remedy of your doctor which is sometimes not that pill, but a vaginal cream which is inserted nightly for seven days or so. They do have over the counter yeast cream, but please, get this diagnosed, please, it could be many things.

Please?? Believ me, you are talking to someone who "always" has female problems and especially with the yeast infection crap. If it isn't that, it's bladder and then there was one, I can't remember the name of it, but it had to be treated also, and could have ended up in cancer. Please make an appointment. Tell the receoptionist exactly what you did here, and ask to be seen right away that you can't take it any longer and are scared.

Are you sexually active??? Could this be an STD. You should go to the nearest clinic ASAP. Don't just let it simmer. I've seen private parts that have rotted off from people being to ashamed to go to the doctor. Another thing... some women have a constant small period flow (menstruation cycle). When it's not actually blood, it's dark brown discharge, but it's usually not smelly. So, this sounds more like it could be a STD. Just go to the clinic ASAP. You'll feel a lot better when you know for sure. Remember, always protect the "precious".

First of all, most girls have an unusual natural smell down there that just comes with being a girl. It shouldn't be extremely strong or smelly, or have a "fishy" odor to it. If that's the case then it's most likely bacterial vaginosis, in which case you would need to go to a gynecologist to get a medicine prescribed for you. If it doesn't have a strong "fishy" smell then it is probably just a yeast infection. You can get over-the-counter medicines for this such as monistat. Nearly all women, whether they know it or not, get either bacterial vaginosis or a yeast infection, or both, at some point in their life. So there's nothing wrong with you.

If i were you i would go get monostat (over the counter yeast infection medication) and some medicated douch... douch with iodine in it... douch in the morning and use the medication as directed at night time... see if it goes away.. if not, then go see the doctor... im the kind of person that tries to take care of myself first then go to the doctor if i cant... The reason why i said medicated douch is because my OBGYN said that it can really help with a yeast infection... obviously douch isnt something you want to use all the time... but it does have its place from what he told me.. and a yeast infection is one of those... any uncomfortable itching or burning down there? If the medication doesnt take it away it could be quite a few things going on... only a doctor can really tell you after he does a exam :) Sorry i wish i could help more... i bet you feel discusting... i always do when anything liquidy is going on down there... but that kind of stuff happens to all of us dont feel alone :)

Well you didn't say whether you're sexually active or not, but if you are, it could be an STD. (sexually transmitted disease) Or you could have a bacterial infection, quite common for women. Also, sometimes, NOT ALWAYS, a yeast infection will cause discharge, with an odor. But a yeast infection will cause a discharge that is white and thick like paste or cottage cheese. Really a trip to the doctor is in order.

don't think there is anything wrong with you. God has designed us in a way that things just naturally happen to us. You sound like you may be having a change in your hormone levels. Hormones can cause an array of changes in women as I'm sure you know. For now though, try using a good pantyliner, and a feminine deodorant spray like FDS. I swear by it daily, and it keeps me fresh all day long. Make sure there is nothing medically wrong with you.

You definitely need to see your doctor. Anytime you have smelly discharge, it usually means some type of infection.
