if left un-treated it will spread, it need's to be checked out asap, there is a 97 per cent success rate in curing testicular cancer, and it is one cancer that is not likely to come back, this is very rare, it is possible there will be tumours elsewhere in the body, so it is important to get it checked out asap.

If you know somebody who think they may have it , get them to go see a specialist , even if it didn't spread it is still a killer , Bobby Moore the England captain in 1966 world cup final died from this ! also , all cancers have the potential to spread . If this is personal , Good Luck .
