Man, as a species, is infinitely inventive.
It doesn't matter how many ways people come up with to make something foolproof, there will be somebody who finds a way to confound it.
It is because we all respond to any given situation in a unique way. Ten people share the same experience, e.g. witness an event, hear a conversation, or read a set of instructions, and each of them will give you a marginally, (or sometimes wildly) different interpretation of what they have experienced.
As another example, if one is needed, consider and compare the differences in the answers you get to this question. We all read it. We all processed it, and then responded. Differently. Perhaps some of the anwers will be, in your experience, foolish. QED
