i understand how u feel...
I wouldn't give up....
have a go at finding different ways to do somthing different. U obviously have the talent and experience of organIsing and posess good leadership skills....
it is healthy and normal to feel jealous but don't let it depress u where u end up losing out in enjoying ur life...
life is like that....but those who rise above these hurdles in life tend to be more successful in life....
Always learn from bad experiences and believe in urself....u have something inside that made u organise great events...

Jealousy is a nasty little animal, hard to get rid of, because for some people, it never completely goes away. Try and figure out why you're jealous, is it just the control and appreciation? Or is it because now you're not getting all the attention you think you deserve? If you have to have the attention, offer to help out at the parties, setting up games with whoever "took over", setting up the snacks, whatever.
Either way, try and become the better person and realize that there are other people in the world too and it doesn't revolve around you. Get over yourself and you'll be more fun to be around. Then maybe you'll get more attention, just from being you, not just someone who sets up games.

Everything happens for a good cause. If you lost over something that means God has decided something more better for you. Don't feel jealous. You loose your emotional balance when you are jealous. So, be sportive, take things as they come along. Accept every challenge in life and try to overcome your weaknesses when you loose something. Move ahead with better preparation, so that next time you win.

He was a better leader than you in that context and it happens. You cannot always expect to be the leader all the time as there are many a brilliant leaders among others.A little jealousy will improve your performance but if you cannot tolerate it at all, then something is really wrong with your attitude!! Leran to lead and be lead also.

any feeling is acceptable but not the behaviour that follows any negative feeling. So all you have to do is divert your attention on your positive nature.
