Hi, I feel abusing someone will not solve your problem. Be it child, spouse or even some guy who has misbehaved with you. Then there will be no difference between you and him.
But GIRL let me make it clear just because you cannot abuse that does not mean you have to forgive some person who act smart with you. Ensure you are loud and clear with some sharp words and do it front of lots of people to embarrass this person so he or she will think twice before doing it again. Cause if you don't than he or she will think its easy to make you the target the very next time. Don't let it happen to you ever.

Not only is it wrong it is a crime. Someone who abuses a child can spend up to 25 yrs in prison depending on the severity and the state you live in. Someone who abuses a spouse or significant other can get jail time again depending on severity and the state you live in. If a child misbehaves you use other methods of discipline such as time out or get creative such as I did when my children were young. I would have them write a letter to the person they wronged. One thing I never ever did was hit my kids. They have grown up to be respected members of their communities.

Abuse is always wrong, no matter what. The word itself is self-explanatory. However, if you meant is it OK to spank your kids when they act up, my opinion is that as long as spanking is done to teach them something rather than taking out your momentary anger on them, it's OK. Everyone thinks differently and some people do not believe in spanking as they consider it child abuse.
I am of the opinion that spanking should be done with a cool mind and the kid(s) should be talked to (and must be given warning that if they continue that way, they will be spanked) before spanking to make them aware of why they are getting this punishment. Once again, the motive is to teach them that misbehaving is unacceptable and the result is that you will be hurting on your bum.

Hve u ever thought why we abuse someone..
When someone does somethin wrong with us we abuse them
So that we can make ourself happy.. inorder to take revenge the only powerful thing we hav at the respective time is our mouth ,which helps us bark rotten lines so that our innocent heart gets happy..
All the people their are lyin.. I believe that everybody abuses to give themselve satisfaction.
If someone who doesnt r more powerful to bear the consequences..

You mean like spanking? In some cases yes, but it shouldn't. I think the best thing to do is take away privilages, TV, Video Games. No time outs, they don't work.

ITS WRONG WRONG WRONG........ so wrong.. its the worst thing u can do. u wont make the person change his or her behavior by abusing them.. only make them hate u n they start behaving well out of fear. not becoz they have learnt from their mistake
