How can you ask such a question? They are 13th in the League. This suggests that there are 12 better teams. You cannot compare them with Chelsea Arsenal or Man Utd. Their problem is that they are so inconsistent. They will be lucky to finish in the top ten this season. It is Gareth Southgate's first managerial position and he has a lot to learn.He could do with getting his haircut. At least he could see the game then.

Don't think it's fully the accents to blame. More a case he bought some duds like Boyd.
We had Robson at Dundee United and he was decent, hence they couldn't keep a hold of him. I think he's doing OK down there from what I read.
