PDF in any case is not secure (the stamp can be removed). You should get a serious ebook creator software, and import your text in to a protected ebook. I use EbooksWriter and it is easy to use: you crete the ebook then you save as .exe file that you can send to all customers. To activate the ebook, the customer tells you his name/email: you enter his/her name email into a ebookswriter dialog, and it calculates the personal password for this customer. The customer name will be shown each time he starts the ebook.
