False, it can't keep a person from their loved ones or business associates unless their all on a beach for a vacation or business trip. I think it impacts the quality of life if their near an ocean or a beach, and only then.

Could be true, I don't really know, because I ain't afraid of sharks.
I do suffer from Eremophobia, Monophobia, and Poinephobia(at least when it is unjust).
