first, no more religions to stop those no ending agruments and debates
2nd, no more money involve in any transactions. money can only cause evil..

1) I'd put George W Bush in charge of a McDonalds somewhere in Reno. The Presidency is just too much for him.

2) I'd send all rap music fans to Mars to live. Although, I'm not a total jerk - I'd also change the atmosphere of Mars to make it breathable. (Oops - can I do that? It says "change the world", so would changing other planets be beyond my power?)

if i was changing the world i think i would have to take a lot more than two steps - theres only so much you can do standing still. i would ban the use of fossil fuels (of course having several other renewable sources ready to take over) and get rid of all the **** food ppl eat to eradicate obesity(hopefully)

1. I would develop matter energy replicators and fix the state of mortality.

2. I would develop spacial displacement generators and give every person the opportunity and ability to move vast distances with no time displacement, and if they wished they could go out and populate the universe at the speed of their imaginations.
