I have seen a couple sites like you seek,but I assume they will spam the hell out of any cellphone # you give them.Just spend the money.

There is no such site or software. You have to get subscription of SMS gateway for sending messages.

Hey just get on the sms.ac community and they will allow you have free text messages (depending on your location country though)

U would need to register first though but its worth the trouble.
