Leg Hair, It grows the fastest, but you don't notice because it cant grow past a certain length, People say head hair because it grows the longest but not necessarily the fastest, I believe Leg Hair is the answer to your question.

the hair of the beard is the fastest growing hair in the human body.i shave my beard in the morning and it grow back in the after noon.lol

A person's hair on their head grows 1/8 inch a day...other than that, I don't know! I would guess a woman's leg hair because we have to shave ALL the time!!! LOL...

It's actually beard hair for men and it must be head hair for women judging how often they 'have' to get their hair cut at £25 a shot. But it looks fine, oh, no no no, it's terrible....etc

I'd say, taking an educated guess, all the ones you don't want to grow.
eg, Men, Nose, Butt, Nether regions, Eyebrows, and Ears.
Women, Moustache, Pits, Legs, Arms and the unmentionables.
