Spying on others without their knowledge or consent is illegal in most countries and can result in severe penalties.
But in your case, legality is not even my first concern, this is not only immoral but also frankly immature. If you love her, you'll have to have faith in her, otherwise you're just treating her as your object.

i know what you are going thru. my bf is in another country and its very hard when u miss someone so much. I dont have an answer for your question tho sorry. You either have to trust her or decide to end it for your own sake.
