Who told you so. Outbound hardcore selling in a call centre is a intellectually stimulating job.

Unless you have a very good selling skills you cannot achieve targets, basically this is a performance based industry.

So whoever has failed in this industry will naturally badmouth and give you all wrong feedbacks.

If you are avery good confident person having a command over the English language(VOICE & ACCENT is secondary)try working in an outbound centre and prove your calibre instead of cribbing.

I have seen guys working on piece rate without a basic fixed salary, that just shows their self confidence.

Intellectually stimulating? Wow !

I think it is actually - how one applies himself/herself at the job that makes a job interesting but not the job by itself.

By the way, Call Centre jobs at which place do you think are 'intellectually stimulating' ?
