Ya you should wait because the right temperature to wear coat is when its below 15 degree celcius

thats because you can wear a coat whenever you like. my answer is whenever you feel cold (sorry about that but its true...xxx) or whenever you feel like it. you might just wonna wear it coz its so nice and you cant wait... well dont wait

Well if you don't want to wear a coat when you feel cold..then i'm guessing it's just for fashion sense..so i'd say in the middle..the 45's.
