Yes totally!! Your a big girl now. It legal to get married from the age of 18. I still think you should talk to your parents though, if you want to. But the important thing is that you feel that your partner and you are passionate and connected with each. Marrige is a big decision so make sure you think about it. And try to get some advise from your friends and family. Well good luck!!! Hope you have a great wedding!!!

It is OK to have your parents advice, but it is not a desperate matter. This is something that the two of you are wanting to do. If you guys want to commit to each other then you guys need to follow your hearts. Sometimes parents can & will say or see something wrong in the relationship. They can give you their advice but it is still up to the two of you if you are going to marry eachother or not. It is the two of you that makes this dicission not your parents.
Good Luck!

You're old enough to make your own decisions and rightly or wrongly, you can get married without parental permission.

I hope that both sets of parents support your decision ... if not, you have to show them that you were right by working hard at making your marriage a success.

Good luck!

yes you can get married legally but... it depends upon your racial identity and culture... because of where you re born and religion play upon ones married life.look india is different from china and china is different from japan. and here in japan we are obliged to tell the parents of both sides and if they go against our relationship that s when we go ahead with the plan of getting married without our parents consent bec. we are of age to face and make our own and live our own lives together

of course it is but if you don't let your parents know and they find out somehow later be prepared for bad things. I did it...got married without letting them know...I regret it because I hurt them deeply. So even if they might not agree with who you are marrying, I'd tell them. It hurts a lot more to not let them in on it than to tell them and they just fuss and fuss about him/her. Good luck.

You must be kidding.

Yes. You're adults. Unless you're talking 22 and 28 months old.

If you want to get married you don't need your parents advice or blessing. Sure it's nice to have it, but you don't need it. You are both adults.
