because no one knows how many stars there are, so if someone supplies you with an answer you cannot check out for yourself, genraly people will beleive you dont cha think. however, you tell me the paint is wet on the rail next to me, and i have the ability to check.

Apply you brain to this.
There is a time lapse between when the paint was applied and when it is tested to see if is dry.
I assume you are talking of signs that say WET PAINT.
People want to see if it is still wet.
The shine is so good that you can not easily tell if it has dried or not.

I think it is a temptation to find our for ourselves if it really is still wet. Like some people see a sign " don't walk on grass" and they just have to. or see a beautiful cake and can't resist tasting the icing. it is kind of automatic for some folks.

because with the stars we cant count them all so we beleive what were told, the paint is just one of those things that you just have to know for yourself.
