there is a person in every state called an ombudsman. he handles all cases of this kind free of charge. He could tell you all the remedies and recourses available. The only job he has is helping elderly taken advantage of.

YOU CAN FILE MAINTENANCE CLAIM, ON YOUR CHILDREN. BUT THE PROCESS IS CUMBERSOME & COSTLY. SOCIALLY, YOU CAN APPROACH OLD AGE HOMES. BOTH PAYING AS WELL AS NON-PAYING ARE IN EXISTANCE. YOU HAVE NOT MENTIONED ABOUT YOUR FINANCIAL CONDITION TO ANSWER APTLY.
