It would help if you could tell us the ages. I mean are you in your 30's and she is in her 20's or what. After both people pass the age of 18 the age of consent age means different things. If you are just not interested in her because of her age. Then just tell her gently she is a nice girl but you are looking for someone closer to your age. If I knew the age difference I maybe able to inform you better.

look guy, do u like the girl or no? if u do, wats the problem, go ahead tell her( ihope shes not too young 3-4 years younger is ok) If no , tell her, ''hey, look im sorry ok, i dont like u that way, we can be friends right(if you want to be, that is)" if she starts crying or something give her a hug. if she really likes u she'll understand though it'll be hard for her

dont wory! as per ur statement she like you.now depend on u if u like her pls purpose her. dont wory for relations its dosent make any difference now a days. but remember one ting do whatever ur heart is saying listen ur hearts sugestions ond then make a judjement. be honest .
