Hmm, those two first ones must be Americans. In fact, my country faces the very real possibility of become an arid chilly wasteland like Greenland, when the gulf stream stops running.
I'm a bit offended that you have bought into the American reactionism that appears when any major (maybe unpleasant) issue is brought to your attention.

Greenhouse Gases are causing Global Warming, and we are making Greenhouse Gases.( These kind of questions are often in IQ tests:) Are we responsible for Global Warming?

Ah... climate change. In 50 years, the earth will be 10 degrees hotter and 10% of species will have died or something like that... Personally, I think it is incredibly arrogant of humans to assume we completely understand the world in which we live. I'm not willing to risk the certain economic future of the world based on climate predictions that change every couple of decades.

Well if we're really heading into a warming trend I'll love it. I don't like the cold. It's only the middle of Oct and it snowed in Indiana yesterday so I don't even think we're in a warming trend.

I don't believe there is anything we can do to alter earth's atmosphere either good or bad. We're naive to think we can.

Great great question, Trouble is not enough people give a hoot about it. When Bush came into office, he did not sign onto the Kyoto Protocol which addressed these issues. FYI he is the 1st, president to renig on something that a former president signed. I was up in arms but most peoplke thought I was crazy. We can not fix it now, BUT we can start doing the right things so it will not continue to worsen. Thank you for drawing people's attention to this most serious issue.

In the 70's it was global cooling, now it's global warming, change is constant. However a nuclear winter will cool things down if we gotta do something!

In 1975 the same group told us that an ice age was imminent and there was nothing we could do to stop it.I believe I would just wait until they make their next prediction.
