There is what is called Psychological Colonization, now Africa is in that era. It is still a colony for the West, without having any forces in Africa. They talk about AIDS awareness concerts, funds, and nothing but talk and talks. ACTION SPEAKS LOUDER THAN WORDS, and that is what works for Africa. You can held the largest concert on Earth or RAISE A BILLIONS of Dollars, IT WILL NOT CHANGE AFRICA, until the West is serious about helping. Billion Dollar pharmaceutical companies DON'T WANT to give up their expensive AIDS medicines for FREE, and poor Africans can't afford it, and their puppet governments won't buy the. However, I blame the African people though it is hard for them to fight back, but I WISH THEY COULD over throw their puppet dictators and FIGHT them, and elect their own FREE LEADERS, form their own institutions, such as schools, hospitals. Like they are did in Somalia. They chose to HAVE NO GOVERNMENT instead of a puppet leader, they now vowing for their OWN ELECTED Islamic government. Who do you think ships them money or what is keeping them alive today in Somalia?. Somalians abroad does. Not any government, since there is no government in there. I hope they prevail.

First let me tell you that I am white. I say this so as not for you to think that I am coming at my reply strictly from a black perspective. The world tolerates thius because the people in these countries like Chad are unfortunately poor uneducated black people, therfore not worthy of USA and/or world support.

They don't threaten the States or its interests. Alas, as much as people like to think the U.S. is the police force of the world, we are not. We are in the business of protecting our interests, no more and no less.
