Congratulations! you made sure he will have painful erections when he is in his teens. If you want to know what that will be like place a clothspin on your clitoris and leave it there for the next 19 years.
Oh and the tight skin will restrict the growth of his penis.
Another problem is that the lengthening penis will rob skin from the scrotum, resulting in hair on the shaft of the penis. This will not cause the male much of a problem but his female partner will feel like she is getting bottle brushed.
Circumcision SERVES NO REAL PURPOSE, all those old stories about hygiene, infections, cancer etc are just stories. 85% of the males on earth are not circumcised and very few of them will have any of those problems. Uncircumcised males have fewer of those problems than females have, so why not cut females too?
If a doctor says circumcision is needed, it is because he/she doesn't know or want to know how to treat an intact penis. He can make more money cutting than he can by prescribing a cream to treat whatever little problem might arise.
More and more little boys are being left intact; those that are cut are going to see that they are missing something. Some day they will look it up and find just what was taken from them, without their consent. Do you want your son to ask, "Why did you have my penis cut? What gave you that right?
I see a lot of females answer these questions, like they have so much experience with what it is like to be circumcised. They have no idea! If her clothing was to grate against her clitoris every day all day, a woman might get the beginnings of an idea. They think it is just a flap of skin; with 240 feet of nerves and 20,000 specialized nerve endings the foreskin is comparable to the female clitoris.
It comes to this; some new mothers are so damn lazy they are willing to have their new baby cut on because somebody said it is easier than cleaning him or teaching him hygiene!

properly certain it would want to incredibly restoration the mission I propose in case you had a carry nail eliminating the entire finger might want to remedy it aswell notwithstanding it would not make any experience to do it that way. Circumcision isn't the in hardship-free words answer there is stretching excercises with steroid creams that artwork ninety 9% of the time. Why are you going including his suggestion instantly away? basically because he's a specialist would not propose he knows what's authentic for you, contained in the authentic it is your determination and when you're scepticle do you extremely elect this guy slicing your penis? certain circumcision WILL result sensitivity always, that's no longer in hardship-free words sometimes that's in all situations. I extremely have felt each and every aspect and that i think circumcision reduces sensitivity through about 50% or better. that's plenty to lose. sex and orgasms are not everywhere close to as strong. properly a similar clinical specialist that informed you the creams do not artwork is an similar clinical specialist who falsely informed you that you elect a circumcision. I say bypass see your GP back and ask HIM to write down you the prescription. It relies upon on how extreme your phimosis is yet you could oftentimes remedy it and not using a steroid cream in case you'll get it a minimum of one/2 well previous the top, in case you won't be able to that's probable ultimate to get the cream because that's going to easily speed the technique up. The stretching creams do no longer artwork through themselves you need to do stretching with them in the different case they don't artwork. To do stretching basically get an entire erection then pull the foreskin back as far as you could with out discomfort and carry it there for 5-10 mintues (the longer the better effective) and then attempt this a minimum of three cases an afternoon. that's going to really help you. -Connor

Hello. I also had my son circumcised because, at the time, my husband and I felt it was the right decision for us. I wonder if my son will encounter problems too as one side seems tight and one does not. My pediatrician says he will be fine, but I think time will tell. The reason I was on here in the first place was to see if there was any info on this and was intrigued to see your question. However I am very disturbed and some of the answers you have gotten. Some of them from people who call themselves professionals.... You are clearly asking for help, as I am. I now question whether I made the right decision for my son and if I have effected him seriously, but personal judgments and attacks are NOT helpful at this point. It does not take the circumcision back. I wish some of you self-righteous people would quit making you feel guilty for something that cannot be reversed and try to help you in some way. I realize you are try to save the foreskins but this one is gone so please be constructive or shut-up. Talk to people who haven't done it yet. Thank you to the doctors that suggested they could look at it and be of help.

It can affect him if it is too tight, especialy if he gets an erection when he gets older of course. It can affect his Glans from protruding as much if it is drasticaly short, causing a bit of pain during erections or intercourse, I have seen photos of this condition. There are excellent websites on this, but alas I cannot remember them offhand as I am in China and cannot access my sites.
There are also websites where you can restore the forskin by stretching and weights, as some seem to want to reverse the procedure. I was circumcised but only had half the skin removed.

I've never heard that, and both of my boys were circumcised. Take him to another doc and get a second opinion. Is she his pediatrician? Take him to your family doctor and ask, even some OBs can tell you. Both of my boys were circumcised by men,the first by his pediatrician, the second by my OB. His pediatrician is female and doesn't do them purely because she's a woman.
Does it look OK? Is it red or swollen? Make sure he doesn't have any sort of infection. Both times I've dealt with it, I've never heard the doc say whether he did it "tight" or "loose". So I'd take him to someone other than her and get an opinion.

As long as there was no infection it will be just fine. I am assuming by tight she means she was able to get all of the foreskin. It will make it easier to care for as an adult male and some studies say that he will be less prone to STD's if a really clean, neat circumcision was performed.

Cutting too much can cause painful erections later in life and can prevent it from growing as much as it should, being that there is no "extra" skin to let it grow, it needs to stretch, and if theres too little skin to stretch then thats as far as its going and probably much painfully. I've come across situations like that personally. Thats what people get for messing with what nature intended.
