get an antispyware... and an OS firewall
my favorite is zonealarm it has an antivirus + anti spyware + os firewall + internet firewall
the os firewall helps u manage all rpoograms on ur pc where U DECIDe if they should connect to the internet and send emails or not ( which how u usualy block trojans from reaching the internet )
