Drink lots of water. The headache part of the hangover is often due to dehydration.

Well I totally understand how you feel and it really is the worst feeling ever. I find that a glass of milk with a teaspoon of sugar stirred in it will settle your stomach and replace the lost sugar. Once you've drunk this you should at least be able to move so try and have a shower. Once you're clean and the milk and sugar has settled your belly and head, get stuck in to a bacon and egg sandwich or a fry up. Then drink as much water as you can and you'll feel right again. good luck!

Being a heavy drinker myself i would suggest leaving work as soon as possible and having more to drink its the only real cure for the way you are feeling.

A bacon sandwich, a cup of sweet tea and a nurofen. Worked for me about an hour ago and I was ropey.

Water, orange juice, a mars bar to keep your blood sugar up - a fry up if you can manage it - and some headache pills if you've got them. Any chance of getting some kip under your desk???!!! :)

dont drink on a work night.... but other than that... water water water... and if you have some juice sprinkle some salt in... only a pinch, when you are dehydrated you lose salt from your body aswell.
also.... orange juice.... eggs... something to soak up the alcohol....
or try to get sent home... pretend to have food poisoning!
