I found this paper that said it is betwen 1.7 and 3.71 micrometer (more or less 0.002 - 0.004 millimeters) depending on what part of the wing:
Fig. 7 shows the thickness of the membrane at various
locations around the wing. The mean membrane thickness of
all the test specimens in the anal fan was 1.70±0.85 um,
whereas the mean thickness in the remigium was 3.71±1.18 um
(means ± S.D., N=22 (anal fan); N=13 (remigium)). Membrane
material from the anal fan is therefore both less stiff and
thinner than material from the remigium.

Your average human hair is 0.03mm so I suppose you could compare the two and make a guess.
