I works mostly night and evening shifts so some nights I don't sleep at all, but I'll make up for it the next day. I usually spend a great portion of my time awake all night chatting to a very special guy who lives very far away from me...so the time zone thing is something we've learned to work around. My night is his day.

I am up at all hours of the night (it's almost 5 am right now), because I can never fall asleep. It's really bad. Very frustrating. I'm not sure exactly what the problem is, but a lot of times I can't sleep because my back hurts, because it's too hot in my room, or because I just can't relax. Sometimes I take Tylenol PM to help me fall asleep, but then I can't get up the next morning and I'm exhausted all day.

i'm up all night because i'm at work. from 6 pm to 6 am and i get online during my breaks

Depends what day of the week it is and what shift I am on at work, I usually go to bed somewhere between 10pm and 3am.

during the week at around maybe 10 cause i have to go to work in the morning during weekends at around 2 or 3 am partying and clubbing

The older I get the less sleep I need, strangely.. I can sleep 4.5 hours at 3am & wake up at 7.45am & go to work still.

I work late at night, it's often two before I crash.
I work from home so can sleep late if I need it.
