you can learn professional web designing sitting in your home, it will take some hard effort, but if you search through the internet you'll find many websites that u can learn from, u'll need to start with some basic languages (HTML) and some designing programs (RealDRAW or Photoshop), then to get advanced u need to learn (JavaScript, PHP, ASP) and database associations (SQL and ORACLE)..
