Yes, and this is a TRUE story I swear it on my life. One Friday the 13th when I was like 10 or something, I was in our driveway and my dad was doing something with a ladder. I walked under the ladder (which is supposed to be bad luck, but I don't believe that) and I bent down to pick up a rock (cannot spell agate...anyway). I had a horrible pair of reddish/orange pants on and split the *** out of them right there. Now the fact that I had that kind of strange coincidence was bizarre, but I hated those pants so I guess it was good luck really.

my mom got into a bad car accident on Friday the 13th about 2 years ago. thank god shes OK. were not superstitious people though.

Well not me. Am not at all superstitious.
Things happen because you think about them and you look for them. How do you see a desert snake in the sand dunes. Its almost impossible to do that, but if you believe its there and you look hard enough, you will make it out ( you will see it.) So part of why that happens is because you thought about it and you were looking for something that happened. Bad things happen everyday but we dont go around looking for what happened then.
I am not superstitious therefore I dont have such happening to me.

Thanks for reminding us. I have had a few disappointments come my way on Friday the 13th, but nothing really horrible. I still lay low on the 13 th of any month.

I was born !! Thats why its a cool day. The superstition comes from a long time ago, so I don't oay much attention to it.

Actually my orange juice just spilt on my table soiling my docs and stuff. Although I cant say i'm really superstitious.

yup.. my grandfather died, and was buried on a friday the 13 and it was my moms birthday on the same day so it was a real shitty day...
