Someone who doesn't work , wanders the streets , has no home , begs for money, and usually smells like urine.

A bag lady ? A fellow who loiters around the street for no home to go to ? And without direction in life and sleeps under the city bridges?
( word bum can also mean buttocks. )
I treat them a little nice ,, and I see they all got head problems. So I don't blame them for "not thinking". They got real problems ,, and being not aware fully of themselves ,, can be dangerous .
