can you specify what payment you are talking about?...never heard about this in the news

Most if not all of the answers are based on the biased news media of CBS (where they fired Dan Rather for lying about Pres. Bush), ABC, NBC, CNN, & MSNBC. People should listen to more unbiased news as on Fox & CBN. Maybe, if most of the people who have the strongest, biased feelings against Bush would go to Russia or Red China & live there for awhile, they might change their ideas or modify them. If what you ask is true, please list at least 3 realiable sources for your information.

I think you're onto something there.

But I think the payment goes into the pockets of arms companies, but maybe also indirectly to politicians I guess
