My husband had his ASD done 2 years back and this is our first child. We are both 25 years.I want to know whether there are any benefits of getting the test done now rather than waiting after the baby is born.

yes and no.. they were going to do one for me (my fiance has wolf parkinsons white syndrom, he has an extra spot in his heart where a beat can be sent to and sometimes it does and his heart skips a beat) and they told me if it makes me feel better i can get it done but they may not see anything right now not until hes like 12...

why would they ask to you have one done? does your husband have heart problems?

Maybe to just check the baby's health. Their are ways of treating babies in the womb, maybe something like that.
