To the job? Honestly it is insane for employers to even ask that question these days. I think they are still reading an old script. The thing is you want to sound intelligent and interested....Do not get yourself locked into something and you haven't even seen it. So many are trying to get the max out of people without paying for it at all. They just want to know all of your abilities and thoughts. Hold it back and focus on "training' with them...This way you are always paid what you are worth-ish...You could say something like "hopefully I will learn as much possible with your company and if you'll have me I'll be here a long time:)"....It was hard to answer because we don't know the field and what not...

No problem if you wish to join in the specific job, we have to work with commitment. This attitude is 100% better than initiative and motivative.
