Because our government still cannot admit there is a problem with greenhouse gases and global warming which the production of hemp could alleviate by saving trees and rainforests.
But mostly, because so many ignorant people remain convinced that the anti marijuana propaganda is real, and that our government and big business know what is best for us and our world.
